Zamacona Productions

A live broadcast, film and streaming company based in the San Francisco Bay Area established in 1983. Zamacona Productions offers production consulting and producer and directing services for every stage of production.

Frank Zamacona has worked in television as an executive producer and director/producer for over three decades. He has directed and produced over 250 entertainment specials and series distributed by PBS, ABC, The Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, HGTV, Link TV, In-syndication, theatrically and on DVD.

Frank’s productions have received many awards and honors including several Emmys, a Clio, Promax, Cine Golden Eagle Awards, A Gilbert Award, and Sliver and Bronze medals from the New York and Film and Video Festival. His professional affiliations include DGA, NABET, AFTRA and the Board of Governors of the San Francisco Chapter of NATAS.
