Zamacona Productions
A television and video production company based in San
Francisco was established in 1983. Zamacona Productions
offers services for every stage of production, taking projects from concept
to completion.
Frank Zamacona:
Frank Zamacona has worked in television as a director/producer
for the past 20 years. He has produced and directed over 100 entertainment
specials and series distributed by PBS, The Discovery Channel, ABC and
in-syndication. Frank's many awards and honors include several Emmies,
a Clio, a Broadcast Media Award, two Cine Golden Eagle Awards, a Gilbert
Award, and Silver and Bronze medals from the New York Film and Video Festival.
His professional affiliations include DGA, NABET, AFTRA and the Board of
Governors of the San Francisco/Northern California Chapter of NATAS from
1989 through 1994.
Frank is a graduate of San Francisco State University
with a degree in Broadcast Communications and Arts.
